Hilltop Artists is proud to be a part of Tacoma Arts Month’s Studio Tours! Our Jason Lee Hot Shop will be open for the public to stop in to watch students create glass art. Names will also be drawn for a chance to learn to blow glass or make a bead from a Hilltop Artists student. Our gallery will also be open for the sale of student-made glass art.
Tacoma Arts Month is an annual celebration of arts and culture in Tacoma, featuring several hundred community-produced arts events, exhibits, and activities that help shine a light on all that Tacoma has to offer.
Since 2001, the Tacoma Arts Commission has been coordinating and producing this event each fall. They help promote community-produced events going on throughout the city through newspaper and magazine advertisements and articles, email newsletters, blog posts, television and radio ads, as well as a variety of social media outlets.
