Covid-19 Information & Vaccine Clinic

Sep 15, 2021Welcome back, artists! We are excited to kick off our programming for this school year. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and take appropriate measures to make sure students are as safe as possible while in the classroom.
It is essential that Hilltop Artists comply with the Washington state vaccine mandate for public school employees and volunteers, which means an important change for our students and alumni: if you receive a stipend as part of our production and alumni teams, you must share proof of vaccination with Hilltop Artists by October 18th, 2021.
If students are not vaccinated, they cannot take part in production programming. Students may work with their doctors to obtain medical exemptions if they wish to continue in production and are medically unfit to receive the vaccine.
We will provide a free vaccine information session on Monday, September 13 at 5:00pm, courtesy of the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department. It will be free to attend for students, with parents and guardians also welcome to attend.
In addition, MultiCare will have an on-site clinic, which will be open to everyone and will offer COVID-19 and school-ready vaccines. MultiCare will be at Hilltop Heritage Middle School on Wednesday, September 15 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
