After School Program

After school programs are also run by HART at both Wilson and Jason Lee. These programs are open to all youth enrolled in school in Pierce County. We have three separate glass arts modalities, which provide a wide range of access to students of differing artistic, social and physical abilities. Jason Lee also provides a kind of arts clubhouse, where students may just hang out, engage in other craft or art forms, do homework and/or watch the glass arts process. All youth must be registered with HART. HART has also added a new school and in partnership with United Way and Puget Sound Educational Service District has opened a flameworking studio at Ford Middle School serving 24 students.
